🍰 Bahan-Bahan

πŸŽ€ 2 cawan Tepung gandum
πŸŽ€ 1 cawan Minyak masak
πŸŽ€ 1 cawan Susu pekat
πŸŽ€ 1 cawan Air panas
πŸŽ€ 1 cawan Serbuk koko
πŸŽ€ 1/2 cawan Gula
πŸŽ€ 1 sudu  Esen vanila
πŸŽ€ 1 sudu Soda bicarbonate
πŸŽ€ 1 sudu Baking powder
πŸŽ€ 2 Biji telur


🍫Topping Coklat :

πŸŽ€ 1/2 cawan Serbuk koko
πŸŽ€ 1/2 cawan Susu pekat
πŸŽ€ 2 sudu Minyak masak
πŸŽ€ Sedikit Susu cair atau air


Cara-cara nya :

🍴Blend kan telur,esen vanila , gula hingga kembang masukan susu mix lagi,masukan pula minyak mix sebati.

🍴Ayakkan tepung bersama serbuk koko , baking powder dan soda bicarbonate baru dicampurkan dengan bahan mix tadi bersama air panas sedikit2 hingga habis
kacau bagi rata dan sebati.

🍴Masukan dalam loyang/acuan yang disapu minyak dulu bakar dengan suhu 160'
selama 1 jam atau hingga kek masak .Bergantung pada oven masing2
(Pastikan oven dipanaskan dulu).

TOPING COKLAT*:*

🍴Kacau semua bahan diatas api kecil hingga likat dan berkilat tuangkan keatas kek tadi perlahan2 dan hiaskan ikut kreativiti masing2.

Easy Peasy Chicken Curry Pao

Not so menyelerakan

Ingredients :
▶ 3 tbsp  Vegetables oil (or cooking oil)
▶ 2 cups wheat flour ( Pao Flour)
▶ 2 tbsp yeast or 1 sachet
▶ 1/2 cup warm water
▶ 1 tbsp sugar
▶ Pinch of salt

Methods:

① Put the yeast, warm water and sugar into a container. Stir and let stand for 10 minutes until frothy.
② Use a separate container wheat flour, vegetable oil and a pinch of salt. stir briefly.
③ Put the yeast mixture earlier. Knead to form a dough, then form round.
④ Leave the dough to rise. Cover with plastic.
⑤ Flatten the dough, put the core as you like  & Let the dough rise again.
⑥ Steamed it for 10 minute . . ready to be served.

Ingredient for Chicken Curry:

↪ Cooking oil
↪ 1 clove garlic [sliced]
↪ 3 shallots [sliced]
↪ 300 gm chicken fillet (small diced)
↪ 3 pcs potatoes ( small diced)
↪ 2 tbsp curry powder
↪ 1 cup of water
↪ salt to taste

Methods;

① Heat the oil . Fry the garlic and shallots until fragrant.
② Put the curry powder that had brewed with water , and chicken meat. Stir well.
③ Then put the potatoes, salt and water.Let it boiled until  soft & thickens.
④ Mix until the chicken meat completely cooked and the potatoes is tender.
⑤ Ready to put in bowl.

Cheesecuits Refrigerated Cake

Assalamualaikum & Salam Tuesday everyone....

A few days ago, I saw a recipe on one of my facebook friend, I can not wait to try the recipe , the ingredients its very simple and easy to prepare.

Some of ingredients already available except of cream cheese, so intent to baking had to be postponed until yesterday..

This recipe reminds me of a recipe when I was in the Philippines,made by my cousin..They called it Graham Refrigerated Cake..The way she do it just like the same with this recipe,the different only this recipe used a cream cheese.

The best of this recipes, you do not have to bake it in the oven, just to save a few hours in the refrigerator and ready to served ..Isn’t easy guyz?..hehehe :)

If you google on the internet, various versions of this cake that you can see.It just depends on our tastes how we like it.

So this are my version ..

Ingredients:
  • Cream chesse
  • Condensed Milk
  • Evaporated Milk
  • Hup Seng Cream Crackers

  • Milo
  • Nestum

Preparation and Cooking Procedures:

Since the mixer still in a box,I just grab the blender..malas kan..hahaha!!!
  • In a blender, combine the cream cheese and condensed milk ,and beat until well mixed.

  • Pour the evaporated milk on the plate,to dipping the biscuits for a second.

  • Then arrange the biscuits that have been dipped into a container.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture on top of the biscuits.

  • Then garnish with the toppings you like.

  • Repeat the dip, arrange & pour repeatedly until the cream out or until of layers you want to.

  • Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Serve and enjoy!
