My 1st Mother's Day

Last year,my due was in early May.I really hope that I could became a mother before the day of Mother's Day.,I mean,I will be giving a birth to Aril before the day is arrived.Unfortunately, my wish in vain.(Aril tak mau kuar lagi time tue..)hehehe..:)

This Sunday will be my first Mother’s Day and I am very excited about having a day to celebrate all that I have accomplished this past year. Thinking about my first real Mother’s Day, I have been remembering all of the accomplishments I have attained as a mother so far, and I am actually very proud of myself.

My Motherly Accomplishments:

• Childbirth thru c-section,pain for a months.

• Successfully breastfeeding my baby through 11 months & 27 days (Aril 1 year old age in 3 days to go).

• Waking up every two hours at night every night for a month.

• Not going crazy due to sleep deprivation.

• Keeping my baby healthy & clean.

• Bathing the baby in less than 2 minutes.

• Understanding the different meanings for my baby’s various noises

• Learning to fall into a deep sleep quickly yet wake up at the slightest squeak from my baby

Making this list has really brightened my day and brought up some wonderful memories. Why don’t you mommies out there try making a list for yourself? Remember all that you have accomplished that is deserving of this Mother’s Day celebration and it might boost your mood also.

So this year,Mother's Day is much meaningful for me..which I celebrate the Mother's Day for my mom & for myself as well as I titled a mother now on..

Lastly,appreciate your Mother's while they is still there with you..Respect Them & Love Them with all your heart..

In those who are Muslims, of course, we already know we should be thankful to the almighty Allah S.W.T,as well as with other religions out there. But Every day of our lives, there are people whom we would want to say thank you. There might not be any reason why you should thank them, but you just really want to say thank you. Or maybe, just for simple things they did to you but left a significant impact to you.

However, there are times that you do not know how to thank them. In any way, you can't let the words come out from your mouth, or sometimes, you do not have the chance to show them. It is very thoughtful to be creative enough in expressing your appreciation. Here I have listed five of the many people that you must be thankful of and how to thank them.


Your Mom

She is such a wonderful person for giving you life in this world. Thank her for taking care of you everyday or perhaps the things she does by preparing your meals, washing your clothes, cleaning your room. Your mom deserves to be appreciated so much for the tough chores she is doing everyday. A simple hug and “I love you” will tenderly ease your mom's tired body.

Your Dad

The strength of the family depends so much from your father. He supports the family in many ways most especially through finances. He works hard to meet your family's everyday needs-your food, education, shelter, medicine, all. Maybe making him a cup of coffee and sitting with him on weekends will eventually bring him a peace of mind that you appreciate him.

Your Sister

She is just so sweet that she is cheering you up almost every morning you wake up seeing her in her cute pajamas. How to thank her? Helping her decide with what color of dress her Barbie doll should wear will delight her.

Your Brother

Though maybe very annoying at times for scattering the things everywhere and messing up with your phone, but you are glad that he is there to support you in times of trouble. Arcade games are fun, he might enjoy playing with you some time.

Your Friends | BoyFriend | GirlFriend

The most dear person for you who is there beside you whenever you have any heart problems that you can't share to your parents, adventures, having fun, anything. Though you don't agree with the other things sometimes, you are just happy that your friend listens and gives suggestions to you whenever you are confused.

There is no exact or right time when you should thank them. You can do it anytime, anywhere. Maybe you would also want to give them thank you gifts, something worthy that you want them to remember you everytime they see it. I would love to help you decide on what things are appropriate for each one of them.

Many will said "Haram" to celebrate Mother's Day for those who are Muslims.A bit of controversy here.For me what is wrong want to celebrate mothers day.Mother's Day is to appreciate the mother's love.Indeed, people would say that every day is mothers day.But sometimes the mother is self-celebration to gladden the heart of our mom.We give a gift ,a kiss, make a special entry for the mother and sometimes greeting mother’s day itself was enough for a mother touched by us.

Mother’s Day ,similar but not the same.Not at all resemble the pagan culture.Be positive thinker.Mothers day date is not the same all over the world.Commemorate the date is not stated in the pagan culture.We appreciate the way our mothers did not reach destitute or deviate from our religion.

Getting Over A HeartBreak

hat Exactly Is Heartbreak?Lots of things can cause heartbreak. Some people might have had a romantic relationship that ended before they were ready. Others might have strong feelings for someone who doesn't feel the same way. Or maybe a person feels sad or angry when a close friend ends or abandons the friendship.

Although the causes may be different, the feeling of loss is the same whether it's the loss of something real or the loss of something you only hoped for. People describe heartbreak as a feeling of heaviness, emptiness, and sadness.

If you've just had a break-up and are feeling down, you're not alone. Just about everyone experiences a break-up at some point, and many then have to deal with heartbreak  a wave of grief, anger, confusion, low self-esteem, and maybe even jealousy all at once.

Most people will tell you ,”you'll get over it” or “you'll meet someone else”,but when it's happening to you, it can feel like no one else in the world has ever felt the same way. If you're experiencing these feelings, there are things you can do to lessen the pain.This is how I treat the wounded heart and how I Deal With  I Feel? I just want to share a bit for those who need it..(tak salah kan)..hehehehe..

Here are some tips that might help..

Let It Out.

 

Share your feelings.Some people find that sharing their feelings with someone they trust ,someone who recognizes what they're going through helps them feel better. That could mean talking over all the things you feel, even having a good cry on the shoulder of a comforting friend or family member. If you feel like someone can't relate to what you're going through or is dismissive of your feelings, find someone more sympathetic to talk to. (OK, we know that sharing feelings can be tough for guys, but you don't necessarily have to tell the football team or your coach what you're going through. Talk with a friend or family member, a teacher, or counselor. It might make you more comfortable if you find a female family member or friend, like an older sister or a neighbor, to talk to.)

Don't Be Afraid To Cry.

Going through a break-up can be really tough, and getting some of those raw emotions out can be a big help. We know this is another tough one for guys, but there's no shame in crying now and then. No one has to see you do it ,you don't have to start blubbering in class or at soccer practice or anything. Just a find a place where you can be alone, like crying into your pillow at night or in the shower when you're getting ready for the day.

Be Kind To Yourself.

Remember what's good about you. This one is really important. Sometimes people with broken hearts start to blame themselves for what's happened. They may be really down on themselves, exaggerating their faults as though they did something to deserve the unhappiness they're experiencing. If you find this happening to you, nip it in the bud! Remind yourself of your good qualities, and if you can't think of them because your broken heart is clouding your view, get your friends to remind you.

Take Good Care Of Yourself.

A broken heart can be very stressful so don't let the rest of your body get broken too. Get lots of sleep, eat healthy foods, and exercise regularly to minimize stress and depression and give your self-esteem a boost.

Do The things You Normally Enjoy It.

Whether it's seeing a movie or going to a concert, do something fun to take your mind off the negative feelings for a while.

Keep Yourself Busy.

Sometimes this is difficult when you're coping with sadness and grief, but it really helps. This is a great time to redecorate your room or try a new hobby. That doesn't mean you shouldn't think about what happened ,working things through in our minds is all part of the healing process ,it just means you should focus on other things too.

Give Yourself Time.

It takes time for sadness to go away. Almost everyone thinks they won't feel normal again, but the human spirit is amazing  and the heartbreak almost always heals after a while. But how long will that take? That depends on what caused your heartbreak, how you deal with loss, and how quickly you tend to bounce back from things. Getting over a break-up can take a couple of days to many

weeks,months and sometimes even a years.

Some people feel that nothing will make them happy again and resort to alcohol or drugs. Others feel angry and want to hurt themselves or someone else. People who drink, do drugs, or cut themselves to escape from the reality of a loss may think they are numbing their pain, but the feeling is only temporary. They're not really dealing with the pain, only masking it, which makes all their feelings build up inside and prolongs the sadness.

Sometimes the sadness is so deep  or lasts so long  that a person may need some extra support. For someone who isn't starting to feel better after a few weeks or who continues to feel depressed, talking to a counselor or therapist can be very helpful.

So be patient with yourself, and let the healing begin…Insyallah,you can cover from it..and start a new life..

In a relationship,the main important things is Trust to each other.Without Trust to partner,it would threaten the relationship.Be at once the quarrel and misunderstanding to each other.So believe in your partner,especially those couple who are away.This had happened to me..My Ex was stayed at Jerantut,Pahang..and he always want me to tell him wherever I was all the time,with whom and for what.Seems He doesn't trust me ..Felt like He Hard to believe in me.(maybe ni salah satu punca kami putus).

This morning I woke up an early,then I Felt to check my email,and I saw an email from one of my friend.In that letter she's expressed about her discontent on his fiancee as been cheating with her after 3 years of a relationship and soon to be married within the next two month this year.Felt sorry for her,hope she can treats all that happened to her only trials of life given by the Almighty to her.
